Description: 

Radio Shuttle Storage Racking System consists of racking, shuttle car with rechargeable batteries and forklift. 
Shuttle car is put on the tunnel under the pallet, it can operate with pallet, stock or pick up the goods from pallet
OPERTATION PRINCIPLE:

1. STOCK     Forklift puts goods on the forefront of tunnel guideway. Via shuttle car with wireless remote control, it can load 

pallet good on the tunnel

2. PICK-UP   

Shuttle car puts pallet in the deepest racking up to the forefront of racking, and use forklift to pick up the pallet 

good

3. MOVING THE SHUTTLE CAR   

By a conventional forklift truck the shuttle car can be quickly and easily transferred between different storage 

tunnels. The number of shuttle car is due to comprehensive factors including tunnel depth,  goods quantity, 

shipment in bulk, shipment frequency, etc.

Powerful Function

1. FIFO or FILO
2. Using two-way remote control device, can read various status of the radio shuttle such as voltage of the 

battery, temperature of the motor, quantity of electric of the battery, fuse status, warning and so on

3. With the function of counting the quantity of pallets, managing the goods storing and extracting of the whole 

tunnel through one button on the remote control, picking and sorting specified quantity of goods(on both sides), 

entering the rails on high layers easily, changing the working place from one side to the other, commanding 

several radio shuttles through one single remote control and so on

4. High complex speed: Max. running speed 60m/min and Max loading speed 35m/min

5. Several radio shuttles can be commanded independently by a single remote control, the load capacity of

Battery Pack
